IN THE EVENT THAT IT WAS EVER DETERMINED THAT THE TITANIC BE RAISED FOR ITS PRESERVATION, THE FOLLOWING PETITION HAS ALREADY BEEN SIGNED BY OVER 11 MILLION PEOPLE FROM AROUND THE WORLD WHO WOULD SUPPORT SUCH A RAISE:

The Save The Titanic Foundation also needs your personal signature for saving the Titanic from deterioration. When we save the Titanic, we preserve the ship to memorialize the spirit of the Titanic American dreams, the pursuit of "Liberty To All Nations" and the hope of "Dreams Come True".

For over fourteen years, after its discovery four hundred miles southeast off the coast of Newfoundland, the Titanic has been bound captive, trapped beneath the ocean by a proposed international treaty agreement that has yet to be ratified as law. The Titanic, if left beneath the ocean, will not be preserved; it will deteriorate and so will the honor of the Titanic American dreams aboard the ship.

The mission of The Save The Titanic Foundation is for the acknowledgement of the Titanic American dreams aboard the ship and for the reflection of the terms of the proposed international Titanic treaty agreement that enforces the protection and preservation of the ship, but also contradicts to mandate that the ship be left beneath the ocean to deteriorate.

The purpose of the Save the Titanic Petition is for the preservation and the protection of the ship as a historic monument and for the uplifting of the American dreams that perished. The Titanic is a monument to the living as a reminder of the spirit of our American heritage and our American dreams.

From the founding of America, its history has always been memorialized through the designs of gigantic monuments in width and in height, seeded on our grounds, on land, above the waters; reaching high towards the sky, for all to commemorate . The Titanic is a historical monument that should also be memorialized above grounds, not buried beneath the ocean for being memorialized through deterioration. America does not bury its dreams nor has it ever buried its monuments beneath the ground for promoting defeat for the deterioration of the American spirit. The Titanic, presently being memorialized by the proposed treaty agreement, deteriorates the Titanic, and the spirit of the American dream. The preservation of the Titanic from deterioration while beneath the ocean or through the raising of the ship is an honorable cause.

The raising of the Titanic will not disturb the bodies of the perished. The bodies of the perished have already deteriorated into the ocean. The bodies are all gone, but their spirits, which longed for the taste of the American dream, has continued and will continue to prevail amongst the living into the future.

The ship once raised will be docked in Ellis Island, New York to have finally reached its intended destination for docking the American dreams of those that intended to find refuge in the heart of America. The Titanic, if not permitted to be raised, will continue to be uplifted by the foundation for being acknowledged as a monument of hope for "Dreams Come True" through ought the foundation's ongoing efforts for the preservation of the ship from deterioration.

The mission of The Save The Titanic Foundation is for uniting the divided and diversified cultures of America with the common goal of uplifting the American dream through the awareness of the preservation of the Titanic and the potential raising of the Titanic as a monument and memorial that celebrates the American spirit, the American heritage, the freedoms of our liberties and for the respect and the honor of the world's diversified cultures in the pursuit of "LIBERTY" also within their nations.

Saving the Titanic from deteriorating beneath the surface of the ocean is beyond comprehension. It is a goal that breathes a life of its own. To raise the Titanic is to lift the Titanic that resides within the very depth of our inner core when we rise from our beds to make our dream come true.

When the Titanic is protected from deterioration, it will be lifted from the chains of condemnation. In raising it, we are also protecting the future interests of American corporations from future unratified treaty agreements terrorizing the interests of America’s shareholders. The hundredth anniversary for the Titanic is in the year of 2012, which is nearly nine years from the year of 2003. The Save the Titanic Foundation needs your signature now!

Likewise, we support the “Save The Titanic Foundation “ and their efforts in their pursuit for the preservation of the ship while beneath the ocean and for the potential raising of the Titanic when and if permitted to be raised. We also support Save the Titanic Foundation, their affiliates,partners and all their efforts for public relations campaigns, marketing sales products endorsed and fundraising awareness programs.

We ask the Titanic Delegations representing the ship’s interest to protect the Titanic by the scientific means of preservation beneath the ocean and if impossible to do so while beneath the ocean, to permit the raising of the Titanic from beneath the sea for preserving it against further deterioration.

In recognition of the “Saving the Titanic campaigns and strategies” that celebrates the American dream and its heritage treasured by the diversified cultures of America, we humbly ask our government, our television networks, our news media for print, television, and radio, and all Americans living the American dream to please join this heartfelt request from the millions to embrace the Titanic community, “Save the Titanic Foundation”, and its partners as our voice for the preservation of the Titanic while beneath the ocean , and for the potential raising of the Titanic.
